Weekly Reflection #10 Education in 2055

While thinking about 2055 can be a little scary and my immediate thought is robots controlling the world, AI being everywhere and the world resembling black mirror episodes I am choosing to focus on a more positive perspective. I think education has come a long way even since I was in elementary school instead of one EA for an entire class there is usually one for each student who needs their support which makes me very happy to see. I think in BC the curriculum has developed to be more inclusie and there is an intentional focus on incorporating FPPL into their classrooms. I think the future can keep progressing in this direction. I think in education there can be more opportunity for connection and involvement with the local community, more opportunity for student inquiry and even better UDL implementation. My classmates and all the teachers I have met this year through L2P and practicum give me hope for the future of education
